Description
Berneri specialise in the aging of Grana Padano, a cheese created in the twelfth century which is manufactured in large wheels with a firm, thick rind. The fragrant, dry and flaking interior has an intensely sweet, delicate flavour. Berneri Grana Padano Riserva ripens over 20 months which intensifies the flavour and creates a more crumbly texture.
